Who am I?
I selected this photograph because it reminds me of the beauty of our planet. From space, we appear small and insignificant, but from the surface, we often feel powerful and influential. Evolution has led us to become a dominant species, but with that comes responsibility - not just to the environment, but also to the truth.
Activism that is founded on flawed science is not an effective way to protect the planet. Inaccurate science undermines the credibility of all sciences and can lead to poor decision-making. I may not be important on my own, but if all individuals come together as informed individuals, we can work towards making the world a better place for future generations.
